There will be a rule update made later today or tonight on the JMS website and on here under the rules section. Steering quickeners will now be allowed in Pure
Street. You must still run a OEM stock pump and an OEM steering box. GM for GM, Ford for Ford and Chrysler for Chrysler.
The clarification on intake manifolds is this: ANY cast iron OEM intake manifold with stock casting numbers still visible, that came on a production
vehicle(car, truck, van, bus). This will eliminate the...

The claim rule has been updated(thanks to Ed for noticing our unworthiness!)

The claimer has to be in the top ten in the feature race and must be competing in the feature and on the track at the time of the checkered flag. He/she may be
10 laps down but if they are under power and racing and they are in 10th place or better, then the claim is available. $500 goes to the driver being claimed
and the claimer and the claimee will swap motors if the tech man deems both motors legal to...

IT SAYS 500.00. WHO AND WHAT PART GETS THE $500.00. IF THE TRACK GET $50.00 THE CLAIM SHOULD BE $550.00. IF YOU REFUSE THE FIRST TIME WHATS IS THE PENALTY ,

I am really looking forward to this class for the upcoming year. The rules have been hashed over 80 million times trying to make them cost effective for the
budget racer yet also current with todays trends of tires and brakes and sheetmetal. The stock body parts are becoming harder and harder to find so the sheet
metal bodies makes it where you can race and replace sheet metal as needed without going to every junk yard in America looking for camaro fenders. The
aftermarket brakes are simply a...

I think that it's funny that people keep selling thier street stocks as pure street legal when there isn't even a pure street class yet. No rules have
been posted or acknowledged so how do people know if their car is legal for pure street or not. Folks buying these cars may want to wait until a decision is
made and the rules posted before spending all that money on hearsay!
